The Total Back Fitness program is a unique, fun and easy to use exercise and conditioning program for the whole back and body. Using exciting and fun gymnastic balls, a sequence of carefully designed exercises and movement patterns, and progress oriented work-outs, the TOTAL BACK FITNESS effectively stimulates and strengthens voluntary and involuntary core postural muscles to keep your back and body strong and fit.

This strengthening program combines dynamic ball exercises with advanced concepts from Neurology, Chiropractic, Sports Medicine, Exercise Rehabilitation, Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness Training into a simple and effective home program designed to help relieve and prevent back pain, and improve your overall fitness.

The TOTAL BACK FITNESS program has BEGINNING, INTERMEDIATE and (soon to be completed) ADVANCED work-outs providing safe, effective and progressive levels for most types of spinal conditions. The Beginning DVD also includes a section with valuable back care education and tips.
